Sea beacon

The maritime beacon is an independently powered standby communication beacon that utilizes a low-power real-time positioning and communication module to automatically or on-demand reliably transmit the platform's location. It achieves real-time remote location monitoring of the attached platform by regularly returning coordinate information through a shore-based monitoring platform. To adapt to marine environments, the beacon features a waterproof design and employs a sturdy UV-resistant casing for use in harsh marine conditions. The maritime beacon utilizes domestically developed and controllable satellite positioning and communication data transmission methods to achieve global tracking and monitoring capabilities.

1. Integration carrier: It can be mounted on various sea buoys, unmanned ships, unmanned boats, and other floating objects.

2. Beidou/Iridium beacon: Maritime beacons encompass two major types: Beidou beacons based on the Beidou satellite system and Iridium beacons relying on the Iridium satellite communication network. They provide diverse high-precision positioning and reliable communication solutions for various maritime application scenarios, meeting the needs of different users for location tracking and information transmission in complex marine environments.

3. Technical parameters: The beacon boasts excellent pressure resistance, capable of withstanding deep-water pressure up to 100 meters, ensuring stable and reliable operation in deep-sea environments. Its external dimensions are 214.12mm × 63.5mm (length × diameter), making it compact and portable, easy to install and deploy. When operated at close range, users can conveniently configure and read its parameters through Bluetooth technology, making the operation simple and efficient. The beacon's energy supply utilizes 18 AA batteries (including lithium or alkaline battery types), providing stable and long-lasting power support for the device's continuous operation, ensuring its long-term stable operation in various tasks.  

4. Hydrovo Online:

Hydrovo Online is a browser-based management and operation platform that allows users to manage single or multiple beacons of different models through the platform. It enables beacon management, notification, alarm management, data collection, and analysis through commands. The software is compatible with various browsers, allowing users to monitor beacon status anytime and anywhere.  

5. Communication services:

Before using the beacon, please contact Hydrovo-X to activate the communication service, enable the beacon's Iridium/Beidou module, and confirm the service fee. Once activated, users can communicate with the beacon through a browser-based beacon monitoring software platform or a bound email address to receive positioning information and send command messages.
