The shallow-water AIS device is a specialized positioning and monitoring tool designed for short-term monitoring of underwater equipment and surface vessels operating in shallow waters. It features compact size, high reliability, and strong environmental adaptability, making it well-suited to meet the positioning and communication needs of fishing vessels, small commercial ships, navigational aids, and other similar facilities. 
It supports dual-channel transmission via AIS1 and AIS2, complies with ITU-R M.1371 standards, and ensures stable communication. It features an integrated BeiDou/GPS dual-mode receiver, coupled with supporting infrastructure such as the Yangtze River Mainline BeiDou Enhancement System, enabling sub-meter-level positioning accuracy. Technically, it employs adaptive filtering algorithms and GMSK modulation techniques to resist interference. The device’s housing is made of high-pressure-resistant fiberglass, capable of withstanding pressures up to 20 MPa, and is highly resistant to high humidity and high salinity, allowing operation in temperatures ranging from -20°C to 60°C. Additionally, it includes AIS buoy functionality, capable of reporting status and transmitting vessel information, thereby enhancing navigational channel efficiency.
